What do you like about your current role?
I love being an entrepreneur. I have a great team, and that makes my job easy!
My role is to set company direction, help to drive growth and ideate new innovations for business and our approach to resume writing, which needs to evolve as the market does. And be a sounding board for all things creative, business and people related.
What are your favourite books?
I love anything by Dan Brown, Jane Austen, Diana Gabaldon, CS Lewis, Dr Seuss, Nora Roberts and Nicholas Sparks.
Who do you most admire and why?
I love Michelle Obama, Meghan Markle, Princess Diana, Audrey Hepburn and Angelina Jolie - all strong women, some overcoming adversity, and they do things their own way.
I've been a dreamer my whole life, so Audrey Hepburn is my icon. But I love the work that Angelina Jolie, Meghan and Princess Diana have done to make the world a better place.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
Say yes to everyone and do what you want (my mother).
What motivates or inspires you?
Empowering women is my passion. We seek out, hire, retain and pay our team extremely well, which has allowed women to work from home, leave the rat race, raise their kids and make life choices that empower them... through financial support and work flexibility.
