The Reopening
There is a significant move by some cities, states, and countries to reopen. How much of this is driven by commercial interests or health data is an ongoing discussion. It is lovely to see some parts of the world returning to some normality.
Many restaurants, shops, and museums are getting used to the new ways people can interact and remain safe while dining, shopping, or experiencing an event or venue.
Meanwhile, Covid-19 confirmed cases globally have already passed the six million mark and are heading to break through seven million soon. With the global death toll running at almost 400,000 at the time of writing, we see an increase in the Americas, including Brazil, the United States, Peru, Chile, and Mexico.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the most considerable rise is in Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Haiti, Argentina, and Bolivia.
