Good leaders make a difference.
Creativity and Creative People
Creative people often demonstrate energy, both physical and mental. Creative people are typically smart but are able to maintain their sense of wonder, curiosity, and ability to look at the world with fresh eyes.
Creative people combine playfulness and discipline, or responsibility and irresponsibility. There is no question that a playfully light attitude is typical of creative individuals. But this playfulness doesn't go very far without its antithesis, a quality of doggedness, endurance, perseverance.
Vasari wrote in 1550 that when Renaissance painter Paolo Uccello was working out the laws of visual perspective, he would walk back and forth all night, muttering to himself: "What a beautiful thing is this perspective!" while his wife called him back to bed with no success.
Creativity is often defined as the ability to come up with new and useful ideas. Like intelligence, it can be considered a trait that everyone not just creative “geniuses” possess. Creative people are often deep thinkers. They can look into philosophical questions and can often spend time looking for the cause of everything.
