Dr Coleman's passion for advancement is evident in her numerous leadership development certifications, including Benchmarks 360, Forte Communication, Behavioral-IQ, Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), DiSC, Strengths Finders, Servant, and Situational Leadership. In January 2016, Tanjia earned her PhD in Organization Development from Benedictine University. She has made significant academic contributions, presenting research papers, being a reviewer and discussant at various academic institutes, and publishing her work in the Recherches en Sciences de Gestion 2015 publication.
