Conor Moran
CEO and Founder, Eskimo Software
In 2016 I started working on a product that solved a problem for Car Dealers in that they had no easy way to manage their online leads. I subsequently started some market research, got chatting to some prospective customers and got building and selling. Now four years later, my company and I are working with 160 dealers, five OEMs and three countries. We also have a team of three talented people and are expanding that team in the coming months, so it's been a journey with plenty of ups and downs.

Nischala Murthy Kaushik
CMO and Global Leader for Diversity and Inclusion, HFS
I am Nischala, and I love my name. Nischala is a Sanskrit word from the "Bhagvad Gita" which is one of the most famous Hindu scriptures based on the Mahabharata, which means 'steady mind'. My father gave it based on the meaning of relevance and significance to his life. I was particularly fond of my name during my childhood. I was almost always the only Nischala in the room :). So, I stood out, and that was my first real experience of what "being unique" can do for you! Even today, I believe I am "one-of-a-kind". And so are you!
Catriona Kirwan
Life and Executive Coach, Catriona Kirwan Coaching
My name is Catriona Kirwan. As an accredited thought leader in high impact coaching with Neuroscience, I help individuals turn down the volume on their stress levels and grow their confidence so that they can achieve personal as well as professional success. Having worked in a variety of roles on the front line for over 20 years, I saw first-hand the impact long-term unmanaged stress can have on health and well-being. I developed a keen interest in the area of stress, human behaviour and what exactly it is that drives us as humans to behave and react the way in which we do. This interest brought me to the world of Coaching with Neuroscience.
Colin Culliton
CEO, LWA Group
I was born in 1965. I had a very happy childhood. However, I told anyone that would listen I was going to be a successful businessman and be a millionaire at 21. So, I finished school at 17. I finished marketing college at 20. And at 21, instead of being rich and famous, I was doing a grim sales job on €120 a week. I sold tax disk holders and stickers to hard-pressed shops and garages down the country, working out of a heavily branded Dayglo Carvan. I figured this business thing was more complicated than it looked, and I needed to work a lot smarter.
Zanya Dahl
Artist
After graduating from Trinity in 1997 with an Arts Degree, I completed a post-grad course in multimedia in Senior College Dun Laoghaire. This enabled me to enter the workforce as a graphic designer. Five years later, I founded my design agency, Artizan, which I ran for 16 years. In 2019, I made the decision to close the agency and follow my heart back to painting.
