Over the past 7 years, Joyce has worked to increase the representation of women in male-dominated industries by supporting leaders to attract, retain and develop their female talent.
She has done this by working with corporates on awards programmes which showcase and celebrate women as role models in their industry sector.

Keith Hutchinson

Keith Hutchinson is Director - Executive Creative Producer, Founder and CEO of H2 Films in Dublin, Ireland.
H2 Films specialises in the production of high-end Television and Cinema Commercials and online content for national and international clients both in Ireland and abroad.
Starting as an Art Director in Saatchi & Saatchi Dublin in 1987, Keith spent ten years rising through the ranks of advertising, collecting many coveted awards along the way, before setting out to become a Commercial Film Director.
Carole Ann Clarke

Carole Ann has 20 years experience in the business world having worked at Global giants such as Diageo and Coca-Cola. She also has extensive experience in the world of advertising and digital agencies working on some of the biggest brands in the world.
She is an Avid Sportsperson, having captained the Irish Women's Rugby team for several years, an interprovincial hockey player and Senior footballer. Carole Ann has also completed an all-female expedition to the Arctic in 2018 for Debra Ireland. She coaches rugby in her free time, proactively lobbies for Sportswomen and has recently taken up hockey again after 23 years.

Ed Giansante is the founder and CEO of E-Dublin - the largest channel of information for Brazilian expats based in Europe.
Since its launch in 2008, E-Dublin has helped millions of Brazilians searching for information about studies abroad. Ed's work has been recognised many times globally, including being awarded 4x as the Best Blog Abroad.
While building his side hustle, Ed has worked for many multinational companies including Intel, Zynga and Dropbox, where he led global community operations and ambassadors programs. He was also elected the Community Professional of the Year by CMX.
Umesh Luharia

Umesh Luharia is an architect and illustrator who is passionate about buildings and drawing people's homes in his unique style.
He has practised architecture working for a number of well-known practices based in the UK and recently took the opportunity to set up 'Your Home Portraits' and produce portraits of people's homes.
His illustrations are carefully composed, and detailed elevations of his clients' homes and sometimes feature stylised portraits of their owners. Each of these portraits are individual and personal, and made with care and detail.

Tim Bingham is an Award-Winning street and documentary photographer from Ireland. Tim has a passion for working with diverse cross-sections of communities, encouraging individuals young and old to capture their streets using their cameras to tell their stories.
Tim’s work has been described as descriptive narratives in pictures, bringing a poetic realism, combining a passion for the in-depth recording of people’s lives whilst at the same time demonstrating deeply empathic artistry.
This is particularly evident in his environmental portraits that he captures while out in the streets of communities, towns or cities that he visits, and his work has been exhibited in a number of exhibitions across Europe and the USA.
Michael Hurnaus

Michael Hurnaus is the CEO and co-founder of Tractive - GPS Tracking and Activity Monitoring for cats and dogs. Michael is holding a Masters degree in Digital Media.
After some time at Microsoft, where he was working as a developer on Microsoft Surface he moved over Amazon. At Amazon, Michael performed on a range of the Kindle reading apps for smartphones and was a technical project manager for Amazon's Kindle Fire.
In late 2012 Michael quit his job at Amazon to move back to Austria to found Tractive, what has become the world market leader in GPS Tracking & Activity Monitoring devices for cats and dogs.
