Tell us about you and your current role or area of interest.

My key mission is sharing the benefits of tapping with as many people as possible so that folks can feel better, do better and live better.

What do you like about your career or area of focus?

I love making a difference in people's lives. I love hearing from them how they are experiencing greater health, wealth and happiness because of the shifts they are creating with the use of my work.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

You can't give too much away. As in - it's not possible, not that one shouldn't.

What inspires you, motivates you, or helps you to move forward?

Seeing people making positive changes in their lives. Seeing people do things they or others didn't think possible.

What are you proud of in your life so far?

My body of work and how many people have benefitted from it.

What is your preferred way to meet new people/network?

I'm not sure I have a preference. I just enjoy connecting with people.

What skills or qualities do you feel have helped you?

My intuition, my training as a hypnotherapist, my experience as an actor... and my sense of humour. ;)

What do you wish you had known when you started out?

How well things would eventually turn out... but then, that would have spoiled the surprise. ;)

Who do you most admire in business, academic or creative circles and why?

Lots of folks, but one of my major heroes is David Bowie for his ingenuity, creativity and courage. And Michelangelo, mostly for his sheer brilliance.

Outside of your professional/work area, what hobbies or interests do you have or what other areas of your life are of real importance to you?

I enjoy getting out into nature, including hiking, kayaking and, more recently, paddle boarding. I also enjoy playing music like guitar and saxophone.

Has the pandemic had a positive or a negative effect on you and/or your business, and how have you managed it?

The rising stress levels due to the pandemic pushed more people to seek help, which has been beneficial for businesses like mine. I also created more FB Live type events to try to serve more people and lessen the collective angst.

Do you have a mentor, or have you ever mentored anyone?

I work with a coach and people I try to learn from, but not a formal mentoring relationship. And I have at times been a mentor-like resource for others, though again not in a formal way.

What advice would you have for someone looking to get into the same area of work or interests?

Focus more on making a difference than making a fortune. Be of service, and there are countless rewards, including financial.

What do you feel is the most common reason for people failing or giving up?

Fear. The fear that it can't happen for them, which makes it difficult to feel the joy that would sustain them and make it more profitable for them.

Is there a phrase, quote or a saying that you really like?

"First, say to yourself what you would be, and then do what you have to do." - Epictetus.

"I saw the angel in the angel in the marble, and carved until I set him free." - Michelangelo.

"Self-sabotage is simply misguided self-love." - Brad Yates.

What companies, brands, or institutions do you like or do you think are getting it right?

Subaru. My wife and I both have one.

How do you define success, and what lessons have you learned so far that you could share with our audience/readership?

To me, success has the freedom to do what you want to do when you want to do it while making a positive difference in the world. The main lesson I've learned is that we are here to be useful, to be of service. And also that we are inherently deserving of a good life, whatever that might mean to us.
