Does your mother drive you crazy? Does your daughter not listen?
Mothers and daughters, mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law all have unique experiences and sometimes troubled relationships. Rochelle and Alisha, mother and daughter themselves, have been Certified Relationship Coaches for 20 years each, for a total of 40 years experience! They are passionate about working through and healing the issues that mothers and daughters face and manifesting real "Loving and Thriving" connections between the women in the family!

Instagram, we feel, has a lot more exposure and an easy way to connect with people, and it's fun and user friendly.

What do you like about your career or area of focus?
Working with mothers and daughters and watching them heal and transform their beliefs, behaviours and habits.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
The answer is within.
What inspires you, motivates you, or helps you to move forward?
Supporting mothers and daughters in their relationships and watching them heal and thrive.
What are you proud of in your life so far?
Being Gods servant and doing the mother-daughter work and taking this conscious journey.
What is your preferred way to meet new people/network?
Zoom networking's and other social media, for example, Instagram.
What skills or qualities do you feel have helped you?
Being confident, being secure in what we do, being positive.
What do you wish you had known when you started out?
That life is a journey with many twists and turns, and it's just willing to go with the flow of life, not against it.
Who do you most admire in business, academic or creative circles and why?
We most admire people that came from nothing and became self-made and being committed to themselves and supporting and helping others.
Outside of your professional/work area, what hobbies or interests do you have or what other areas of your life are of real importance to you?
Family and friends, fun music, dancing, bike riding, Yoga, being with those friends that we love.
Has the pandemic had a positive or a negative effect on you and/or your business, and how have you managed it?
The pandemic has had positive and negative effects on us. It has positively made us closer and had us create this business together. We realized we were not alone, and we were able to meet tons of people on the internet and social media. And networking is that we might not have met if there wasn't a pandemic. Negatively it had an impact on us where at times, we couldn't socialize in person, and we were limited with what we could do.
Do you have a mentor, or have you ever mentored anyone?
Yes, and yes.
What advice would you have for someone looking to get into the same area of work or interests?
Make sure you love what you do and are willing to commit yourself 100 per cent to bring you so much fulfilment into your life.
What do you feel is the most common reason for people failing or giving up?
Not Being 100 per cent responsible and committed to themselves, and in believing in themselves.
Is there a phrase, quote or a saying that you really like?
"Everything is working out for me, and God will do for me what I cannot do for myself."

To believe in yourself, and have a faith-driven attitude and trust the process and go with the flow of life.
