Tell us about you and your current role or area of interest.

I currently run two companies, one B2C and one B2B company, both businesses are designed to help individuals and companies future-proof themselves by building a strong and powerful brand. My area is to expand the offers and reach for both companies as well as writing a book.

What do you like about your career or area of focus?

I love all aspects of it as it's fast-paced, always evolving, I get to think ahead and create new services without the tedious process of getting approvals.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

Someone needs to change the world. Why not you?

What inspires you, motivates you, or helps you to move forward?

I love what I do because I designed it this way so it's not hard to get motivated. My biggest drive is to not be where I'm now in one, two, or ten years time, so that gets me up in the mornings easily. I'm excited to learn and there is something new to explore every single day.

What are you proud of in your life so far?

Becoming the youngest (paid) group fitness instructor in Austria, moving to a different country and pivoting my career, becoming a Forbes Coaching Council Member, and launching two companies that allow me to work anywhere and let me do what I love doing.

What is your preferred way to meet new people/network?

LinkedIn and Clubhouse.

What skills or qualities do you feel have helped you?

Curiosity, genuine interest and positivity.

What do you wish you had known when you started out?

Money mindset is a thing.

Who do you most admire in business, academic or creative circles and why?

Jasmine Star (who started from nothing, to now this empire, shows up every day, no matter what), Amy Porterfield (knows how to teach everything step-by-step and is a leader in so many ways of education), Chris Do (incredible articulation).

Outside of your professional/work area, what hobbies or interests do you have, or what other areas of your life are of real importance to you?

The gym, running, walk and talk with my partner, my puppy dog (a Husky) called Trigger.

Has the pandemic had a positive or a negative effect on you and/or your business, and how have you been managing it?

Positive in the way that it enabled me to pivot 100% online which I tried before but with not much luck; I developed new online products and built out a scalable platform.

Do you have a mentor or have you ever mentored anyone?

Yes, I work with coaches and have been doing so for the last six years.

What advice would you have for someone looking to get into the same area of work or interests?

Know what it is that you're naturally good at and why, build out a signature process as quickly as possible, learn storytelling and story selling asap.

What do you feel is the most common reason for people failing or giving up?

Not enough grit, no support, no clear path or clarity about their point of difference.

Is there a phrase, quote or a saying that you really like?

If you can see it, you can be it.

What companies, brands, or institutions do you like or do you think are getting it right?

Apple, Jasmine Star and Institute of the Future.

How do you define success, and what lessons have you learned so far that you could share with our audience?

Success is when you're happy with the little things in life and appreciate them and also know why.
