People have mixed feelings and differing views. It is hard at times to consider growth and development when we have all been in a lockdown scenario for many weeks and months this year.
We are somewhat fortunate with the people we speak to every week here at The Global Interview. Mixing with leaders, creatives, and thinkers helps us to focus on the upside of things, it is fascinating learning and hearing about all of the wonderful things that are still happening.
Businesses are changing and adapting to new ways of working, and consumer demand seems to be returning in many areas that had seen a sharp decline.
Some sectors, such as global travel or possibly getting a haircut, remains elusive for many at this stage. However, things are certainly gaining momentum.
Shifting gears is something that many people and businesses are doing, and it is somewhat encouraging that this is halftime, there is a lot of the year left to make things happen.
